    Run this mental movie 3x, each time making it more vivid, more real.

    Fire your anchor (from Day 2) during the peak moment of the movie.

Coherence Breathing (5.5 Rhythm)

The Concept

The optimal breathing rhythm for heart rate variability — creates full cardiovascular and respiratory coherence.

When to use: Daily maintenance practice — morning or before bed. This is the rhythm to make a daily habit.

Guided Sequence
